The plan provides for two levels of membership: Gold Membership and Silver Membership. Both levels offer a second opinion, multidisciplinary medical opinions, drug safety, and verification of the accuracy and completeness of an original medical diagnosis. In addition, all members receive an independent review of their prescribed treatment to make certain that an innovative or newly discovered treatment approach has not been overlooked. These second opinions are provided by world leading medical centers and experts. Second opinions are provided within 5 to 10 working days, free of charge to our members. All members receive a personal medical file where they can store and retrieve all their medical data online.
Additionally to the above, Gold Membership entitles the member to receive complementary and alternative medicine consultation, dental medicine second opinion and the Just a Question service, a rapid response to medical questions. Furthermore, Gold Membership includes a number of important benefits such as consultations regarding drug safety, and a personal healthcare management service.
